Questions

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to give my name or contact details to see quotes?

No. The quote tool needs just gender, date of birth, health status, tobacco use, coverage size, and desired term—these six inputs generate carrier quotes. Your personal details like name, address, and medical history stay private unless you choose to apply.

Are the monthly prices shown the price I will pay?

These represent what carriers quoted for the class you selected. After underwriting, your actual premium may be confirmed, upgraded, or adjusted depending on the carrier's findings. Quotes on this site don't constitute a firm offer or price guarantee.

What happens when I click Apply?

The application form loads pre-filled with your information on the carriers' secure platform. You'll provide details needed for their review, create an electronic signature, and can pause and return anytime. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California firm (License 0B75129), administers the entire process.

Will I need a medical exam?

This depends on the carrier, the amount you're seeking, and your responses. Carriers offering Immediate coverage paths can approve qualifying candidates without an exam; others mark exams as required, possible, or not needed. Each quote indicates the expected exam status.

Is a longer term better?

Your term should cover periods when dependents would struggle without your income: existing mortgage, children still at home, business debts. Longer terms have higher monthly costs but lock in rates permanently. The tool allows comparing 10-, 15-, 20-, 25-, and 30-year options.

Does this site sell my information?

No. The quote form doesn't request personal identification; we don't transfer or monetize visitor information; our analytics operate without cookies. Read the privacy policy to see our complete collection practices and data handling.
